12. Cinematography video feedback and learner response

1) Type up your feedback/comments from your teacher.

WWW:
very creative narrative
excellent location
excellent music + sound effects
Narrative element
Excellent editing
Excellent typography
Starts with long shot
Shot reverse shot
Use of POV
Lowkey lighting

EBI:
Make all clips the same aspect ratio
Match on action

2) Type up your feedback from fellow students.
WWW:
creative
good sound - parallel
shots + movement
background sounds
credits
Location
Action
lighting
actors expressions

EBI:
too dark (not my fault just the screen in classroom)
needs to be one minute

3) Now reflect on your work and write your own summary of the comments and feedback you have received. Write three WWWs and three EBIs.
I believe that my narrative was quite good/creative and I managed to cover all the shots however i believe i could’ve improved my aspect ratio and possibly my quality.

4) Learner response: think about what you learned about cinematography making the video and also watching others. What will you do differently when you start the coursework in the summer? What tips or tricks have you learned from others that you can use next time? Are there any specific aspects of camerawork that you need to revise or practice?

I’ve learned that i need to do my match on action properly and i need to revise that and i also need to make sure u film all my shots the same way in my practical. I should also add more edits. I also learnt from others that i can recreate a movie show and make it into my own rather than creating a whole new original concept which could make my work easier.
